  • What is the difference between Mindful Movement, Integrative Functional Movement and Bodywork?
    Mindful Movement and Integrative Functional Movement classes are movement based, whereas Bodywork is manual therapy based. Mindful Movement classes require you to be present with your own body as you move. The exercises emphasise a lot on finding the connection between breath and movement, creating space and length within your body, as well as moving organically and efficiently. Integrative Functional Movement classes comprise of modalities that raise your heart rate through high-energy, cardiovascular exercises. It also helps you to build resilience and increase your fitness level that can be translated into functional movement in daily life. Bodywork is a process where you work together with a therapist to release body tension, (re-)establish connection within and with the body as well as improve your overall wellness.   • I have never participated in any of these classes. Is there an age limit or restriction to it?
    Absolutely no worries! Our classes are designed for all ages and fitness levels. There's no specific age limit or restriction – everyone is welcome to join in on the fun. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned fitness fanatic, our instructors will guide you through the sessions and make sure you're comfortable. So, don't hesitate to dive in and give it a try!
  • I'm a newcomer. What class is suitable for me?
    If you're just starting, we recommend jumping into our beginner-friendly classes such as Fundamentals, Restore & Realign and Tower. These sessions are tailored for those who are new to fitness or trying out a new style. Our instructors will guide you step by step, making sure you're comfortable and getting the hang of things.
  • Do I need to bring my own equipment or can I rent any available equipment?
    No, you do not need to bring any equipment for our classes. However, you will be required to wear grip socks for the sessions. We recommend that you bring your own. Alternatively, you can purchase them from us upon arrival at the studio.
  • I have some injuries, and my friend suggested that I join your classes. Would you recommend it?
    While we have designed our classes to be inclusive and accommodating, we recommend that you get clearance from your healthcare provider before joining. Let the instructor know about your condition before the class so that they can take note and cater to your needs during the class. Alternatively, if you require personalised attention, we recommend that you take a few private sessions first before joining the group classes. Remember that your safety and well-being come first.
  • Do you have any starter packages for newcomers?
    Yes, we do offer starter packages for newcomers like you. These packages have been designed to help you kickstart your fitness journey. Click here to check them out. Note: Valid for the first purchase only.
  • I bought the wrong package. Can I get a refund?
    Yes, you are able to get a refund. However, you will first need to purchase the correct package before the refund for the wrong package can be processed. Kindly contact our team to discuss the arrangements.
  • I wanted to cancel my current package. Can I seek a cancellation?
    Please be informed that our packages are non-refundable.
  • I want to extend my current package. Can I do so?
    Yes, you are able to extend your package by topping up an extension fee of RM100 for every single month of extension.
  • Do you offer installment basis payment?
    No, we don’t offer instalment-based payments.
  • I booked the wrong class. What can I do?
    If you've booked the wrong class, simply reach out to our team as soon as possible. We'll be glad to help you switch to the correct class that suits your preferences and schedule.
  • What if my class is cancelled?
    If a class is cancelled for any reason, our team will make sure to notify you promptly. We understand that your time is valuable, and we strive to minimise any inconvenience caused by class cancellations.
  • What would happen if I didn’t attend the class that I had booked earlier?
    If you're unable to attend a class that you've booked, we would appreciate it if you could let us know as soon as possible. This way, we can offer your spot to someone else and ensure efficient class management. Keep in mind that missed classes are subject to our cancellation policy, which is 12 hours before the scheduled class.
  • How do I get to the studio?
    For those driving, simply waze to our studio. There's ample on-street parking and we suggest you arrive early as we will lock the doors after the commencement of class! If you're using public transportation, you can get off at LRT Bukit Jalil or LRT Alam Sutera and hail a cab such as Grab to our studio.
